Council Officers have completed the analysis and responses to all the submissions received and presented at the Long Term Plan 2021-2041 Hearings. This includes providing Officer recommendations to Council in the Deliberation Reports.
These reports are part of the Agenda for the 25 May 2021 Council Meeting and is now available on Council’s website.
The purpose of Deliberations Reports is to present to Council an analysis of the submissions received and provide Officer recommendations. At deliberations, Council uses these reports to make decisions on how the draft Long Term Plan will be amended for adoption.
Deliberations are a public Council Meeting held in Council Chambers in Council Offices at 126 Oxford Street Levin and have been scheduled for the following times:
· Tuesday 25 May at 1:00PM
· Wednesday 26 May, at 1:00PM
· Thursday 27 May, at 1:00PM
Public participation will NOT be available as submitters had the opportunity to speak to their submissions at last week’s hearings.
Hard copies of the Agenda will be available to view at Council’s Service Centres/Libraries.
