Does my smart water meter reset each quarter?

No – the reading on your smart water meter adds up continuously, just like the old meters with dials. To work out how much water you’ve consumed you’ll need to subtract your previous reading from your new reading.

For example:

Last quarter reading = 100L

This quarter reading = 180L

Total water used in quarter = 80L
