Who owns the recycling wheelie bin and crate?

The recycling wheelie bin and crate is owned by Council, but belongs to your property. Please mark your crate clearly with your address and, if moving from the property, leave the crate and recycling wheelie bin for the new occupants. Lost or stolen recycling wheelie bins and crates will incur a $17 charge to replace.
