I put 2 official recycling bins / crates out but only 1 was collected?

Most households should only have one wheelie bin and one crate, additional crates will not be collected unless arranged prior. If you have a prior arrangement (such as using a second crate in place of a wheelie bin) and your crate is not being collected, please phone (06) 366 0999 or email enquiries@horowhenua.govt.nz
