Clean pizza boxes without any food scraps can go straight into the recycling bin.

If one side has stuck on food, you can tear off that part and place it in your Horowhenua District Council rubbish bag.

Waste Tip - Standardised Recycling

Did you know that NZ has now standardised their recycling?
We now accept meat trays (plastic #1) in the recycling bin as long as they are clean and have no plastic wrapping on them.
