Expressions of Interest – Levin Courthouse Building

Published on March 31, 2023

Levin Court House.

Owned by Horowhenua District Council, the Levin Historic Courthouse Building nestled within the Nola Simpson Rose Gardens has great potential to be transformed into a lively and thriving eatery or café.

If developed appropriately, the centrally located heritage building surrounded by lush greenery offers a significant opportunity to attract high numbers of both local and visitor traffic and add to the town’s vibrancy.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for an innovative proposal that respects the building's heritage significance while enhancing its iconic status as a town centre landmark. Let's work together to create a vision for the space that aligns with the community's heritage, cultural, and community values, and brings your culinary dreams to life!

Expressions of Interest must be received by Council by 12pm on Tuesday 11 April 2023.

For more information about the site and the submission process visit the Expressions of Interest – Levin Courthouse building page.
