Level 2 Water Conservation is in place for Levin and Ōhau from Thursday 23 January 2025 until further notice. Water Conservation Level 2 remains in place for Foxton and Foxton Beach until further notice.

Following the tornado which hit Levin at approximately 7.45am on Tuesday 8 April 2025, the focus remains on the ongoing needs of those affected. If you were impacted by this weather event, you may qualify for financial assistance from the Mayoral Relief Fund.
