Our Infrastructure Operations Group is looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join us as a Local Waters Asset Management Team Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity in an area where there is lots going on!  

You'll contribute and support the oversee the protection of our Local Waters infrastructure interests by ensuring effective asset management and planning. You'll ensure our systems in place are fit for purpose. You'll think big picture, bringing technical knowledge to conversations that influences and enables our asset activities. 

He kōrero mōu - About you

You'll ideally have a degree in Civil Engineering or in Sciences, but definitely have knowledge and understanding of Three Waters, infrastructure asset management.

Previously you'll have worked in a similar role and from that will be well versed in relevant legislation and local government procedures and policies. Knowing what NAMS and IPEWA International Infrastructure Management Manual are is a bonus!

You'll be able to think laterally and strategically, and always thinking of how we can do things better. Bringing your ability to analyse, delve into the detail but also see the long term, you'll be able to dive right in from day one.
