Are you an expert in delivering outstanding customer service? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team in a full-time, permanent role. As a key point of contact for our community and customers, you'll provide in-person assistance to community members, while also managing enquiries via phone, email, and web chat in our call centre.
Our Customer Experience team provides essential support to both the Council and our community, playing a key role in connecting people with the right services and ensuring the appropriate resources are directed to where they're needed most.

Full time - 8am to 5pm / Monday to Friday.

You'll be an amazing communicator that's capable of building relationships with all stakeholders – internal and external. Being a self-starter and able to self-manage will be key to the success of this role. Your attention to detail will be on point along with your time management and organisation skills. You'll have capability and awareness across Council, connecting external stakeholders with the right services and departments.
You’ll be confident and driven to provide customer excellence and go the extra mile for your stakeholders. You'll have a strong ability with the MS Office suite and a variety of databases.
Having strong relationships across the organisation will be key to your success.
