Swimming is not just a sport – it’s a vital lifesaving skill, and we’re proud to offer expertly tailored swimming and water safety lessons that make a real difference in our community. Whether you're fluent in Te Reo Māori, NZSL, or simply passionate about making an impact, we welcome individuals who share our commitment to inclusivity and growth.
We teach swimmers of all ages and abilities, partnering with local schools and sports clubs to nurture a love for the water while building lifelong skills. Working hours for the swim school are 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm Saturdays with shifts ranging throughout these hours. Flexibility of locations will be required as we offer these classes across our three Aquatic facilities - Levin, Foxton & Shannon.

While experience is a plus, what truly matters to us is your passion and eagerness to learn! If you’re ready to make a splash, we’ll provide all the training and qualifications you need to thrive. From day one, you’ll receive essential first aid training, and as you grow with us, you'll have the chance to earn industry-recognized AUSTSWIM qualifications, unlocking even more opportunities in your career.
You'll be a great swimmer and potential instructor, have a love of water, have exceptional customer service skills, and can communicate well with members of the public. If you do have a recognised swim teacher qualification or previous experience as a Swimming Instructor, that would be fantastic!
