Horowhenua District Council recently sought public feedback on its Draft Shannon Reserves Management Plan.
The Draft Plan combines the reserve management plans for Te Maire Park, Shannon Domain, Hyde Park, Moynihan Park, Stafford Street Esplanade, and 35 Margaret Street.
An initial round of public consultation was undertaken earlier this year and feedback from the community has helped shaped the Draft Plan.
Council sought feedback on whether the Draft Plan reflects the community’s aspirations for these Shannon reserves.
