Public Places Bylaw 2016

This Bylaw came info effect on 6 May 2016.

Purpose of the Bylaw

The intent of this bylaw is to ensure safe access for the public to public places whilst also allowing occupation and use of these public places for trading, entertainment, and other activities, subject to defined conditions being complied with.
