I'm Alrich and I love living in the Horowhenua.

Since immigrating here 7 years ago, I keep finding more things I love about this place.

People are friendly, helpful and inclusive. Outdoor activities are close and accessible, my favourites being surfing and biking in the forest. 

I've been trying out ALL the sports, from in-line hockey and many different martial arts, to parkour, surf lifesaving and baseball (my team won the Nationals in 2021!).

I really love my school. It's first class (and the free lunches are too).

Last, but not least exciting, I'm proud to be part of the HYPE community theatre group. I've been in eight stage shows in local theatres. Being in the spotlight absolutely tops my list of favourite things to do in the Horowhenua.
